Stergis Window and Doors Manufacturing has purchased a 128,000-square-foot industrial manufacturing building at 79 Walton St. in Attleboro.

The sale price was not disclosed.

The Attleboro building sits on 9.4 acres and was last renovated in 1987, according to a statement. The property was formerly the home to coin and medallion manufacturer Kilmartin Industries/ Roger Williams Mint.

The Attleboro property was last sold in 1996 for $2.1 million, according to records obtained by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman. It was last assessed for $3.95 million.

Gerry Surprenant of Providence, R.I.’s MG Commercial represented the seller, Kilmartin Industries, in the transaction, and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. represented Stergis.
