Boston-based Manzo Co. has acquired 1.15 million square feet of office and industrial space in three different municipalities, along with Tambone Investment Group and affiliates of Old Hill Partners.

The first property, Station Mills in downtown Walpole, includes 315,000 square feet of office, retail and light manufacturing-assembly space adjacent to the MBTA commuter rail stop. Station Mills, formerly Kendall Mills, was the headquarters for the Kendall Co., which manufactured cotton bandages and healthcare products. Manzo said it is considering further development of open space on the site, in cooperation with the Town of Walpole.

The three other properties, in Taunton and North Dighton, include more than 830,000 square feet of single-story industrial warehouse and manufacturing space. Immediate improvements are planned for all the properties.

"The locations are strong, the workforce is motivated and educated, and these businesses have made a long-term commitment to Massachusetts," Michael Manzo, managing partner of The Manzo Co., said in a statement.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
