The Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) recently elected Kimberly Allard-Moccia as president and Peter Ruffini as president-elect to one-year terms beginning Jan. 1.
Allard-Moccia is a broker/owner of Century 21 Professionals in Braintree. She previously served as the 2012 president-elect and served as MAR’s Southern region vice president in 2011.
Ruffini is regional vice president for Jack Conway Realtors in Norwell. He previously served two consecutive terms as secretary-treasurer and vice president for government affairs in 2010.
The MAR also elected Anne Blatz, branch manager of Kinlin Grover Real Estate in Brewster, as its secretary-treasurer.
The Massachusetts Association of Realtors has more than 20,000 members throughout the state.
