Boston-based Margulies Perruzzi Architects has completed the interior design for the new 14,000-square-foot headquarters of The Davis Cos.  

The company’s headquarters at 125 High St. in Boston’s Financial District has an open floor plan to accommodate growth and to promote collaboration among staff. Dale Buckley with Corporate Projects and Relocation Management LLC was the project manager, and Elaine Construction was the general contractor for the new space.

"Having worked with MPA in the past, we were confident their team would deliver results on schedule and on budget," Duncan Gilkey, senior vice president with The Davis Cos., said in a statement. "MPA’s design of our new space really delivers when it comes to the daily needs of our staff, and it gives us the room to collaborate and better serve our clients in the commercial real estate and finance communities."

The Davis Cos. relocated to the Financial District this after spending 24 years in Boston’s South End. The company moved to be closer to its partners, stakeholders and members of the commercial real estate industry.
