South Coast Improvement, a design, construction and management company headquartered in Marion, has formed a healthcare and senior living retrofit division.

The company incorporated the new division to meet an increased demand for renovations, additions and retrofits in this sector, according to a statement.

Henry Quinlan, production manager at South Coast Improvement, will oversee the new division.

South Coast Improvement has completed significant projects for healthcare facilities, educational institutions, commercial properties, assisted living facilities, senior living and residential communities throughout New England, New York and New Jersey.
