Fulfillment Print & Mail Solutions Inc. has leased 38,000 square feet in the Leewood Building at 60 Newark St. in Haverhill.
The 103,000-square-foot building sits on 11 acres of industrial land.
"Fulfillment Print chose the 60 Newark St. after an extensive search because it offered quality manufacturing and distribution space at a very reasonable rate," said Stubblebine Co. Vice President James Stubblebine.
A provider of direct marketing and fulfillment services to businesses nationwide, FPMS is taking advantage of green upgrades to reduce its overall environmental footprint, according to a statement.
