Paula Markiewicz, a Cape Cod Realtor for 22 years, has joined Jack Conway’s Sandwich office. She will work alongside her husband Joseph Markiewicz, newly appointed manager of the office.

"Joe and I have worked together since we started in this business back in 1990," she said. "We decided to make the move to Conway because of the company’s longevity in our community and its high degree of ethics. We have always admired the standards of Jack Conway brokers."

The Markiewiczes relocated to Paula’s native Massachusetts from Virginia in 1989 and entered the real estate field a year later. Longtime East Sandwich residents, they most recently specialized in the sale and marketing of luxury homes on Cape Cod.

She is the former president of Independence House in Hyannis, a nonprofit organization that serves the needs of survivors of domestic violence. She is also the current president of the Mayflower Portuguese Water Dog Club of New England.
