The Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) has selected its slate of officers for 2014.

Serving as president of MAR will be Peter Ruffini, regional vice president for Jack Conway Realtors in Norwell. Ruffini has served on the MAR board of directors since 2006. Prior to serving as 2013 president-elect, Ruffini served two consecutive terms as secretary/treasurer.

On the local level, Ruffini was the 2007 president of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors, and was named PASS’s Realtor of the Year in 2009.

Corinne Fitzgerald of Northfield, broker/owner of Fitzgerald Real Estate in Greenfield, will serve as president-elect. Fitzgerald was the 2013 immediate-past president of the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley (RAPV). In 2012, she served the association as president. In 2009, she was the RAPV Realtor of the Year.

Anne Blatz, a broker-manager at Kinlin Grover Real Estate in Brewster, will serve as secretary/treasurer. Blatz has served on the MAR board of directors since 2004. In addition to leadership positions on several MAR committees, Blatz also served as the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors President in 2007, and was the recipient of its Realtor of the Year Award in 2006.

Kimberly Allard-Moccia, broker/owner of Century 21 Professionals in Braintree, is the immediate past president.

The installation of the officers took place at an MAR gathering last month in Gillette Stadium in Foxboro. Members of the MAR board of directors and executive committee were also appointed. The new leaders’ terms officially began on Jan. 1.
