Strong sales at MassMutual’s Retirement Services Division have prompted the Springfield-based insurer to add two relationship managers to its staff, the company announced.

Diane DuFresne and Danielle Maynard, each of whom has been with MassMutual for several years, will support the company’s sales in markets served by third-party administrators (TPA).

DuFresne was most recently a customer service manager with MassMutual’s U.S. Insurance Group and will be supporting the central region in her new role.

Maynard, a former third-party administrator account manager, will cover the Central and Mid-Atlantic regions. Both are based in Springfield and will report to Craig Haase, assistant vice president, TPA Alliance, Retirement Services.

MassMutual’s Retirement Services Division sells products and services for corporate, union, nonprofit and government employers’ plans, including defined benefit, defined contribution and nonqualified deferred compensation. It serves approximately 1 million participants.
