Springfield-based Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. (MassMutual) has elected Cristobal I. Conde and H. Todd Stitzer to its board of directors.
Conde, president and CEO of Pennsylvania-based SunGard Data Systems Inc., was elected CEO in 2002 and has been a member of its board of directors since 1999, according to a statement. Before joining SunGard, Conde co-founded Devon Systems International Inc., which was acquired by SunGard in 1987.
Stitzer served as CEO of UK-based Cadbury PLC, a confectionary company, from 2003 to 2010. Before becoming CEO at Cadbury, he served in a number of roles at the company for more than 25 years.
