Springfield-based MassMutual’s retirement services division is planning to introduce its new RetireSmart participant statement later this year.
The plan includes giving participants a single statement with investment performance data, messages to help participants make more informed saving and investment decisions and a "green" e-delivery option.
"We believe our new RetireSmart participant statement offers the most intuitive and actionable participant experience available in the market today," said E. Heather Smiley, vice president and chief marketing officer of MassMutual retirement services division. "We did extensive usability testing and have incorporated feedback from those tests to make the statement not just an informative tool but one that drives appropriate action specific to a participant’s needs."
