MassPay Expands In Beverly

500 Cummings Center front Human resources and payroll software provider MassPay will expand in March from 3,000 to 7,300 square feet at 500 Cummings Center in Beverly after signing a new lease with landlord Cummings Properties of Woburn.

The company has experienced revenue growth of 150 percent over three years and plans to double its workforce of 25 employees over the next five years, President Jason Maxwell said in a statement. The new headquarters will include a two conference rooms, a training room, a break room and a balcony overlooking Shoe Pond.

Cummings Properties account manager Joe Martin worked with Dean Atkins of Northbridge CRE Advisors on the lease transaction.

In addition to the Beverly office, MassPay has a satellite office in Portsmouth, N.H.
