Chicopee-based Polish National Credit Union is asking its members to vote on a proposed merger with ValleyStone Credit Union.
The vote is scheduled for 7 p.m. May 2 at PNCU’s main office at 46 Main St. in Chicopee.
PNCU board of directors has already voted unanimously to pursue the merger. Under terms of the agreement, PNCU would acquire Wilbraham-based ValleyStone’s shares, liabilities, assets, rights and property.
Members of ValleyStone will receive shares of PNCU.
