KaileyBoo LLC has purchased a building in Maynard for $2.3 million.
The 114,467-square-foot, single-story office/R&D facility is located at 109 Powdermill Road. The seller was Great Point Investors.
The building was originally owned by Digital Equipment Corp. before it was sold in the late 1990s, along with several other of its properties. It sits on approximately 10 acres, and is currently zoned industrial, which includes R&D, manufacturing, warehouse and professional uses.
Victor Galvani, vice president at Parsons Commercial Group represented the buyer and the seller.
