MBHP Tips Hat To Members

Greater Boston Real Estate Board President and CEO Gregory Vasil, MBHP Inspections Supervisor Carlos Hoffens, award recipient Jerry Sneirson, and MBHP Executive Director Chris Norris. Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership recently honored four property owners/managers for their work with tenants.

Nichole Anderson, of Quincy’s Faxon Commons, was recognized for her initiative in assisting a disabled tenant relocate to an accessible apartment within the Faxon Commons complex.

New Chelsea Realty’s Jerry Sneirson was recognized for his dedication to the integrity of his hometown of Chelsea – where most of his tenants live.

Frantz Dumond of Clopo Realty Trust was recognized for being, as his Dorchester tenants call him, “the best landlord they’ve ever had” and for his commitment to quality housing for his MBHP program participants.
