Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership recently honored four property owners/managers for their work with tenants.
Nichole Anderson, of Quincy’s Faxon Commons, was recognized for her initiative in assisting a disabled tenant relocate to an accessible apartment within the Faxon Commons complex.
New Chelsea Realty’s Jerry Sneirson was recognized for his dedication to the integrity of his hometown of Chelsea – where most of his tenants live.
Frantz Dumond of Clopo Realty Trust was recognized for being, as his Dorchester tenants call him, “the best landlord they’ve ever had” and for his commitment to quality housing for his MBHP program participants.
Josephine McNeil, executive director for the Citizens for Affordable Housing in Newton Development Corp. (CAN-DO), was honored for ongoing dedication to creating and preserving affordable housing in Newton and for her personal attention to her tenants.
