The McCue Corp. has leased 18,000 square feet of space at 13 Centennial Drive in Peabody. The firm will relocate from its current headquarters in Salem.

Rob Cronin of Lincoln Property Co. marketed the deal on behalf of Cabot Properties.

The 18,000-square-foot office portion of the largely industrial 134,164-square-foot property has been vacant for more than a decade since the sneaker company Saucony left the building empty in the early 2000s.

Last April, German shipping company DHL leased 118,000 square feet of industrial space at the property. Then Cabot Properties bought the building last September in an industrial portfolio grab. Now the property is 100 percent leased and should be for the next seven years at least, Cronin told Banker & Tradesman.
