Colonial Automotive Group has purchased a 25,000-square-foot building in Medford for $3.85 million.
Navistar International sold the building on 2.75 acres of land at 340 Mystic Ave.
Bernard Gibbons of ABG Commercial was the sole broker in the transaction.
