200 River's Edge Drive, MedfordThe first office building at River’s Edge in Medford, 200 River’s Edge Drive, has been awarded LEED Gold Certification by the U.S. Green building Council and verified by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).

In addition to developer Preotle, Lane & Associates, the project team involved included Gensler, The Green Engineer, Shadley Associates, Tetra Tech Rizzo, John Moriarty Associates, AHA Consulting Engineers, Haley & Aldrich and Nangle Consulting Associates.

The project’s $200 million Phase I includes 200 River’s Edge Drive, which is approximately 115,000 square feet, and will include two additional contemporary office buildings for a total aggregate of 410,000 square feet, The Residences at Rivers Edge, a residential building with 221 luxury rental housing units, the Tufts University Boat House, and a 10-acre riverfront park.
