Saints Medical Center of Lowell has purchased 11,900 square feet of medical office space at the North Andover Office Park located at 203 Turnpike St., North Andover, and leased an additional 8,500 square feet in the same building.
They plan to renovate the space and open by January 2010.
The building is owned by NAOP LLC. Both facilities will focus on treating women’s health.
Thomas Slayton represented NAOP LLC. Steve Basiliere was the negotiator for Saints Medical Center.
The space was previously held by Pentucket Medical Associates.
