A medical device firm has renewed its 10,000-square-foot lease of office and lab space at 14 Tech Circle in Natick.

Soteira Inc. develops and sells products for degenerative spine diseases using stent technology and focuses on vertebral fractures caused by osteoporosis, cancer and injuries, according to a statement.
