Medical practice Urgent Care has leased 9,000 square feet of medical space at 1210 Providence Highway in Norwood.

Dennis Nolfi, of Norwood-based Elliot & Co. LLC, represented both the tenant and the landlord, CMI Property, Inc., in the lease transaction, according to a statement.

Urgent Care’s lease brings 100 percent occupancy to the 45,000-square-foot Norwood building. Other tenants include Petco, Outback Steakhouse, Landry’s Bicycles, Santucci’s New York Style Pizza and Spa Bellissimo.
