Tim Medlock, a veteran at New Boston Fund Inc., a private equity real estate investment, development and management firm, has been appointed president and will lead the firm’s day-to-day operations.
Medlock, who has been with the firm for 12 years, previously served as CFO and COO, according to a statement. In his new role, Medlock will continue to execute New Boston Fund’s business plan and be responsible for leading the firm’s executive committee.
Two other long-time senior managers with New Boston Fund have also been promoted. Gary Hofstetter, head of the firm’s asset and property management division, will leverage his real estate experience in New England as the new northeast regional director. Mike Doherty, current senior vice president of portfolio strategy, will expand his role to CFO to consolidate the portfolio strategy and finance teams under his leadership.
