Corporate market services firm Merrill Corp. has leased 17,300 square feet in a 220,000-square-foot office building at 179 Lincoln St. in Boston’s Leather District.

The building is in the process of getting LEED certification, according to corporate real estate firm CresaPartners of Boston.

Merrill Corp is relocating from 101 Federal St. and Union Wharf.  The company is consolidating two of its business groups at its new space, which it plans to occupy in August.

Rick Lowe an advisor from CresaPartners represented Merrill. The owner, Millennium Partners, was represented by Tim Lyne, Dave Fitzgerald and Tim Howe of CB Richard Ellis.
