Merrill Lynch has expanded its office at 500 Cummings Center in Beverly to 5,500 square feet.
The 1,000-square-foot expansion will accommodate its growing financial adviser staff, Cummings Properties Senior Account Manager Mike Farrell said in a statement. Cummings Properties converted a former art classroom in two weeks, adding new finishes, doors, carpeting and lighting.
Tom Hansen of CBRE represented Merrill Lynch on the lease expansion.
