A commercial truck dealership has acquired garage space in Methuen for $2.1 million.

Timothy Rock of General Truck Center (GTC) acquired 109-115 Lindberg Ave., which is comprised of 16,000 square feet of service garage space on a 4.6 acres (mostly paved) land site. Since 1924, GTC has been a full service commercial truck dealership specializing in Isuzu, Hino, Fuso and GMC/Chevy Medium Duty trucks, according to a statement.

According to Rock, the site was chosen because of its close proximity to their current dealership and many of their customers and outstanding highway visibility.

James Stubblebine, David Stubblebine and Ellen Garthoff represented the seller, Charlie Lanagan, and directly procured the buyer.

"Charlie Lanagan and the entire General Truck Center team were a pleasure to work with and I am confident the site with allow GTC to expand their New England marketplace presence," said James Stubblebine, one of the principals of The Stubblebine Co.
