Metrigraphics LLC, a manufacturer of custom, high precision components for original equipment manufacturers has leased 41,749 square feet at 50 Concord St. in Wilmington.

The company signed a five-year lease, according to a statement.

Neil A. Schneider of McCall & Almy represented Metrigraphics. D. Marc Knittle, key accounts manager and John R. Wiseman, vice president of operations represented the landlord, Cummings Properties in the transaction.

"Based on our custom manufacturing processes and customer profile, our space needs were very specific," said Randolph J. Sablich, president of Metrigraphics LLC. "McCall & Almy helped us review alternatives and make the right choice to fit our growth and operations requirements."

"With Metrigraphics’ highly specialized manufacturing processes and excellent process control, it was critical to find a space that protects and supports the competitive advantage for which they are known," Schneider, executive vice president at McCall & Almy. "The Concord Street property represented the best match of criteria."
