Middlesex Savings Bank has appointed several new officers and promoted eight others.
Charles T. Dwyer and Kerry C. Morgan
have been promoted from vice president to senior vice president. Dwyer is in charge of the bank’s commercial south lending group in Franklin. Morgan oversees all cash management and development of deposit products and services for the bank’s commercial clients.
Diane M. Bukis and Susan M. Wassmus
have been promoted from assistant vice president to vice president. Bukis manages loan processing and underwriting of residential mortgages and consumer loans in the bank’s retail lending loan operations department. Wassmus is a member of the bank’s managed assets group and works with the bank’s portfolio of troubled commercial loans.
Keith D. Karkane and Nicole I. Pecorelli have both been promoted from community banking officer to assistant vice president, community banking. Karkane is manager of the bank’s West Acton office. Pecorelli serves residential and commercial customers in the Westford area.
Madelyn M. Phelyn and Laura L. Duncan
have also both been promoted to assistant vice president. Phelyn, formerly a credit officer, now serves as the bank’s assistant manager of credit analysis. Duncan, now assistant vice president of mortgage lending, works with residential loan customers in the Natick area.
Sheila S. Watts and Charles A. Baumann
, both former retail lending representatives, have been elected retail lending officers. Watts works with customers in Concord and the surrounding towns. Baumann originates residential mortgages for customers of the bank’s Milford, Bellingham, Franklin, Medway, Millis and Medfield retail banking offices.
Julie A. Balunas, who holds a JD degree from Roger Williams School of Law, has been promoted from paralegal to legal officer in the bank’s law department.
Paul E. Van Corbach, who oversees the bank’s human resources information system, has been promoted from systems manager to human resources officer.
