Middlesex Saving Bank has promoted two employees to vice president positions, another two to assistant vice president positions and one to the position of senior vice president.
Bryan W. Christensen, of Ashland, has been promoted to vice president, community banking, according to a statement. Christensen, who is in charge of a six-branch retail banking region for Middlesex Savings bank, is based at the bank’s Medway office. Before he joined Middlesex Savings, Christensen worked for Strata Bank, BayBank, Bank of Boston and Fleet.
Bruce Miccile, of Millis, has been promoted to vice president in the bank’s commercial lending division. He has been with Middlesex Savings Bank since 2001.
Miccile was a retail branch manager for Metrowest Savings Bank for five years before joining the commercial lending team at Middlesex Saving Bank. His previous experience also includes working for Fleet Bank, Guaranty First and Framingham Trust.
Gina Mazzaro, of Uxbridge, has been promoted to assistant vice president. In this role, she is responsible for accounting for the bank’s investment portfolio and for regulatory reporting.
Mazzaro has been with Middlesex Savings Bank for 15 years. She was previously employed with Framingham Savings Bank.
John M. Nolan, of Lincoln, R.I., has been promoted to assistant vice president in the bank’s information technology division. In this role, he oversees the technical staff that keeps servers functioning and applications available for the bank and its network of 31 branches and five business lending centers.
Nolan has been with the bank since 1999 and previously held the title of information technology officer. Before joining Middlesex Savings Bank, he worked for 13 years at Olivetti, a banking systems integrator.
Michael J. O’Riordan, of Norfolk, has been promoted to senior vice president in the bank’s credit administration division. He has been with Middlesex Savings Bank since 2006. O’Riordan previously worked for PNC Bank and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC).
