A 53,400-square-foot R&D, light manufacturing building in Milford has sold for $2.65 million.
Milford LLC purchased the building at 49 Maple St., and plans to use it for its related companies.
Arthur Amadei and John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc. represented the buyer while Jeff Hamilton of CBRE – NE represented the seller.
