Milford Federal Savings & Loan Association recently promoted Michael DiCicco to branch administration officer. He will be responsible for planning and directing operations at each branch, as well as recommending policies, procedures and objectives for banking offices. He will also continue to serve as manager of Milford Federal’s Plaza Branch.

DiCicco joined Milford Federal in June 1998 as a management trainee, and has held various positions during his tenure. A resident of Milford, he holds a degree in business administration from Framingham State College, and recently graduated from the American Bankers Association National School of Banking and received the 2009 Strategic Management Excellence Award.
