An 8,300-square-foot multiâ€tenant retail property in Milford has sold for $820,000.
Victor Galvani, vice president at Parsons Commercial Group Inc. (PCG) based in Framingham, completed the sale of 178 East Main St.
"The location, is a great advantage for the new ownership, and was one of the features that attracted the buyer," said Galvani.
The buyer, First 178 Realty, was represented by Eric Brosler of MetroWest Commercial.
