Marybeth Mills Muldowney of Hanson has been named president of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors (PASS).
As president, she will direct the internal and external activities of the association, preside at all meetings of the PASS board of directors and executive committee, act as the official spokesperson for the association on issues related to the real estate industry and represent PASS members on the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) board of directors.
Mills Muldowney is the broker/owner of TradeWinds Realty Group in Norwell and Plymouth, and has been a member of PASS for 12 years serving on numerous committees before being voted to the board of directors in 2005.
PASS is the second largest Realtor trade association in the state with more than 2,300 members serving communities from Quincy to the Cape Cod Canal, according to a statement.
