MobileAware USA Inc. has signed a three-year lease for 3,100 square feet at 200 High St. in Boston.

The lease was brokered by David Cooney and Bonny Doorakian of Boston-based NAI Hunneman, according to a statement. The Davis Cos., as landlord, was represented by its senior vice president and director of leasing, Duncan Gilkey. MobileAware was represented by Brendan Miller of Lincoln Property Co.

"This may not be our largest deal, square-footage wise, but it is a very significant one," said Gilkey. "Completing this deal so quickly highlighted the flexibility, focus on tenant service and high-quality facility management offered by the Davis team."
