Cengage Learning has sublet three spaces totaling 26,517 square feet at 25 Thomson Place in Boston.
Integrated graphics and effects technology company Boris FX will be relocating from Marlborough to 14,000 square feet on the fourth floor of 25 Thomson Place, according to a statement. Nonprofit youth sports organization MetroLacrosse will be relocating from Dorchester to 4,500 square feet on the first floor and custom clothing company Tom James Co. has leased 8,017 square feet on the first floor.
Boris FX was represented by Philip Moses of Boston’s Vesper Realty Advisors in this transaction; MetroLacrosse was represented by Bryan Sparkes of Jones Lang LaSalle in this transaction; and Tom James Co. was represented by Matthew Twombly of Grubb & Ellis in this transaction, according to a statement.
