Walpole-based Mortgage Master has named a Karen Menza as regional operations manager to lead the company’s Midwest operation team.

Menza has more than 20 years of experience in retail and wholesale lending operations. Menza will be based in Lisle, Ill. and report to Patricia Raymo, vice president of Mortgage Master.

"Karen’s significant experience in the mortgage industry, coupled with her team building and relationship skills will enhance our customer care platform, while maximizing productivity so we can pass the savings on to borrowers in the form of lower rates."
