Abby Guittarr and Gail Guittarr have joined J Barrett & Co.’s Beverly Farms office

The mother-daughter real estate professionals have worked throughout the North Shore since 1992. In addition to helping clients buy and sell individual properties, the Guittarrs have been listing agents for several subdivisions. They also assist builders in land search and renovation projects.

Originally from Gloucester, Gail is a long-time Beverly resident with strong ties to both communities. She has worked in real estate since 1992.

Abby, who is also a Beverly resident, was raised in real estate working for her mother throughout high school and college doing advertising and mailings. After graduating from Salem State College with a bachelor’s degree, she became a full-time realtor in 2003.
