Mount Royal Office Park in Marlborough will garner a trendy new moniker – Knowledge Park @ Marlborough – thanks to its new owner, CB Equities Mt Royal LLC.

The office park is comprised of three separate office buildings totaling approximately 160,000 square feet.

CB Equities has planned major renovations, including new exterior front façade improvements, new signage, an updated fitness center with showers and attractive common areas with a club room. The new owner will occupy a portion of the building and plans to lease out suites from 1,600 to 20,000 square feet. The renovations are slated to begin within 30 days and take approximately six months to complete.
