| MultiPlan Inc., a health care cost management company, has signed a 75,077-square-foot full-building lease at 16 Crosby Drive in Bedford.
Boston-based landlord The Davis Cos. has been modernizing the former Bedford Business Park, an eight-building campus totaling 475,000 square feet.
Davis Cos. acquired the office park in June 2012 and renamed it The XChange at Bedford. Recent improvements designed by Boston-based Gensler Architects include common meeting space, a 4,700-square-foot fitness center and yoga studio with showers and locker rooms, a 7,300-square-foot full-service wifi-enabled café and a 3,500-square-foot outdoor patio with fire pit.
CBRE is the leasing agent for 145,000 square feet of space available in the park.
