Murphy & King P.C., a law firm specializing in business litigation, bankruptcy and intellectual property, has renewed its 20,663-square-foot lease on the 21st floor of One Beacon St. in Boston.
Joe Sciolla, Rick Lowe, and Brandon Leitner of CresaPartners represented the law firm. The owner, Beacon Capital Properties, was represented by Bill Anderson, Dave Martel and Jay Driscoll of Cushman & Wakefield.
According to a statement, Murphy & King wanted to remain in its current location and take advantage of favorable terms "in this still tenant-friendly market."
