Paul S. Musgrove has been named senior vice president/chief financial officer of First Trade Union Bank, the company said in a statement.

In this role, Musgrove will be responsible for managing all financial and compliance operations for the bank, which operates offices in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York.

Musgrove comes to First Trade with over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the bank, Musgrove served as chief financial officer for Nationwide Bank.

"His experience working at larger financial institutions, coupled with a strong knowledge of the capital markets, will prove invaluable as we continue to align our capital with our plans for profitable growth."
