Dennis Soliwoda, of Middleborough, has been re-elected to a three-year term on the board of directors of Mutual Bank.
In this role, he will help guide the policy and direction for the mutually-owned bank.
Soliwoda is retired, after serving as area manager for Midas Muffler Corp. and an earlier career in teaching.
A former resident of Carver, Soliwoda served on the Zoning Board of Appeals for 10 years, and also served on the town’s Finance Committee and Carver High School Improvement Council.
