Bethany Hill School in Framingham has received a $2,500 grant from the Framingham-based MutualOne Charitable Foundation to introduce an exercise and nutrition program for youth and adult residents.

The program will offer a variety of exercise programs including yoga and zumba, as well as nutrition classes and evening workshops on healthy eating and meal preparation.

"Bethany Hill School provides affordable housing and educational opportunities to a vulnerable population," Mark Haranas, president and CEO of MutualOne Bank and a trustee of the MutualOne Charitable Foundation, said in a statement. "We are pleased to help with the introduction of a health and fitness program for the residents of the school."
