My Montessori of Woburn has opened a 5,000-square-foot school at 100 TradeCenter.

The school will be located on the campus of TradeCenter 128, Cummings Properties’ landmark office park, which also houses the Beacon Grille restaurant and the Middlesex County Superior Court.

Converting traditional office space into Montessori classrooms was a welcome challenge for Cummings Properties designers, said leasing director Rob Yacobian. "It was a big project, and we had about half the usual time to get it done," Yacobian said. "My Montessori needed everything completed in time to hire staff and hold open houses."

"It was a blessing working with Cummings Properties. When they started, the space was just a blank slate, and now people say it has so much warmth. The school never would have happened without them," said Puja Jain of Lexington, owner of My Montessori.
