Thomas W. Nadeau has been named senior vice president of lending at Chelsea’s Metro Credit Union.
Nadeau will report to Robert M. Cashman, president and chief executive officer, and will oversee all real estate, small business and consumer lending functions as well as the collections and recovery departments.
Prior to joining Metro, Nadeau was president and CEO of the consumer lending and mortgage banking divisions of Sovereign Bank. Prior to joining Sovereign Bank, Nadeau was senior vice president of the automotive finance group at Fleet Bank and BayBank.
Nadeau has a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College and a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Stonehill College.
