Alan Ritchey Inc., a Texas-based multi-industry company that provides a variety of logistics services to the government, agriculture, energy and transportation sectors, recently leased 30,472 square feet at 440 McClellan Highway in East Boston on Route 1A. The company will use the space to operate shipping, receiving and sorting for the U.S. Postal Service.

NAI Hunneman’s J.P. Plunkett, executive vice president and principal, and Dan Collins, vice president, represented the property owner, Cargo Ventures, in the transaction. David Corkery of CB Richard Ellis – NE Partners represented Alan Ritchey Inc. in the transaction.
