NAI Hunneman Hired As Agent For Pair Of Wilmington Properties

The Ram Cos. has selected NAI Hunneman to market 100 Research Drive and 234 Ballardvale Road in Wilmington.

The building at 100 Research Drive is a one-story, Class A flex/lab building totaling 103,370 square feet on 14.93 acres. The building is home to four tenants, including Trexel and Warner Babcock.

The Ballardvale Road property, a single-story flex/R&D building, totals 100,225 square feet on 14.3 acres of land. That building’s four tenants include Bimbo Bakeries and Aramark.

NAI Hunneman Investment Sales Team Senior Vice Presidents Scott Dragos and Doug Jacoby, along with Associates Sean Ryan and Mitch Levey, will market the two buildings.

Commercial & Industrial
