Commercial real estate firm NAI Hunneman has promoted its four suburban and downtown brokers to vice president and assistant vice presidents.

Evan Gallagher was promoted to vice president from assistant vice president, and Bonny Doorakian, Brendan Daly and Michael McCarthy were promoted to assistant vice presidents from senior associates.

As a vice president, Gallagher will work with the suburban north leasing group at NAI Hunneman to provide real estate advice to tenants and landlords throughout his market.

With 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Doorakian specializes in office condominium sales as well as both tenant and landlord leasing representation in downtown Boston. Prior to joining NAI Hunneman in 2008, she was the associate director of commercial brokerage at Boston Realty Advisors.

Daly works with the suburban north leasing group at NAI Hunneman, representing both tenants and landlords throughout his market. Prior to joining NAI Hunneman, he served as the leasing agent for Cummings Properties at the Cummings Center in Beverly.

McCarthy works with the suburban north leasing team at NAI Hunneman, providing services to both tenants and landlords in Boston’s northern suburbs. Prior to joining NAI Hunneman, he was consistently a top performer at East West Mortgage and Consumer Home Mortgage focusing primarily on conforming, portfolio and construction loan products.
