The United States Postal Service (USPS) has sold a former post office in Natick for $2.6 million to Zyno Medical. The building at 177 Pine St. is 27,000 square foot, single-story flex space.
CBRE/New England’s Bob McGuire and Sam Crossan, in conjunction with Brent Davidson of CBRE’s Washington D.C. office, represented the seller. RW. Holmes Realty Co.’s John Eysenbach represented the buyer.
"We are pleased to have facilitated this transaction on behalf of the United States Postal Service," said McGuire in a statement. "Zyno Medical is gaining a unique property with great street visibility and curb appeal."
Built in 1915, the post office is adjacent to the Natick Industrial Park and sits on 4.24 acres of land. The property formerly functioned as a main branch for the USPS.
