A 27,000-square-foot research and development facility at 5-7 Michigan Drive in Natick has sold for $1.2 million.
Michigan Drive LLC bought the property from Hosokawa Micron International.
Arthur P. Amade and Charles Detwiller of Wayland-based R.W. Holmes Realty represented both the buyer and the seller, according to a statement.
