National Telecommuting Institute, an organization developing of telework jobs for those with disabilities, will relocate its new headquarters to 69 Canal St. from 11 Arlington St. in Boston.

Bonny Doorakian, senior associate at NAI Hunneman, represented NTI in the transaction. Karyn McFarland and Matt Twombly of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, Raymond Property Co.
